RWRD is an Enterprise Intelligence Platform designed for senior leadership teams — CEOs, CFOs, Chief Strategy Officers, and their direct reports. It brings together three pillars of organizational performance into a single, AI-enhanced dashboard:

  • Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) — Track strategic objectives and measurable key results across your organization. Link them to strategic pillars, assign owners, and monitor progress against targets.

  • Financial Metrics — Monitor 20 standard financial indicators covering profitability, cash flow, growth, asset performance, efficiency, and liquidity. Metrics can be pre-populated automatically from SEC filings or uploaded financial statements.

  • Risks and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) — Manage enterprise risk across eight standard categories (Strategic, Operational, People & Culture, Technology, Legal & Compliance, External, Financial, ESG). Each risk can have quantitative KRIs with configurable thresholds and directional logic.

RWRD uses AI to accelerate setup (extracting data from SEC filings and PDF financial statements) and provide ongoing intelligence (executive summaries, priority action recommendations, risk analysis).

The platform supports multi-user collaboration with role-based access control, and is designed to work for organizations ranging from startups to multinational corporations, with support for 20 currencies, multiple date formats, and both US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
